Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou admitted the result was difficult but was pleased with the response from his players after their 3-2 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park.

“It was a difficult result for us. In the first half we struggled to control the game. We changed some players which didn’t help in the end. The players สมัครสมาชิก UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีทุกวัน tried hard to adapt and Everton took their chances. The players responded well in the second half and credit to them but it wasn’t enough.”

“We had good chances at 1-0 so we had a chance to stay in the game. We gave them too many chances to hurt us. The response in the second half was better.”

“When you’re 3-0 down it can go either way. The players can lose discipline and focus but they’re determined to get something out of the game. The players came on to help us but unfortunately it wasn’t enough.”

“There was always encouragement from the players, but in the end we didn’t do well enough and couldn’t win the football game. We have to try to find a way out.”

“The fans are rightfully disappointed, they support us and most people understand the situation we are in. We are missing a lot of players at the moment and that makes it difficult for us. Dominic Solanke picked up a knee injury in training yesterday and we don’t know how serious it is.” Postecoglou said.
