Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden is determined to keep up his excellent form after the 6-0 thrashing of Ipswich in which he scored twice.

“I’m very happy with the result. I think we controlled the game very well and are getting back to ourselves. Hopefully we can keep this เล่นบาคาร่า UFABET เว็บตรง ค่าคอมสูง form and not drop off.”
“We probably should have done it with the chances we had against Brentford. It’s good for the players like me and (Jeremy) Doku to score and give them confidence. Everyone in the dressing room is very excited, they look very happy.”
Speaking about the fact that he is just four goals away from scoring 100 goals for Man City, he said: “I score all the time now. It would be a great achievement for me to score this many goals for the team that I have always loved.”
“I still think there are many steps to take. To play and win like we did shows great character and we want to build on that.”
City’s wretched run before before Christmas saw any hopes of a fifth consecutive Premier League title all but ended. But Foden says anything is possible with finishing in the top four the main objective.
“You never know what can happen. The aim is to stay in the top four,” Foden continued.
“It was probably the best [performance] this season in terms of all-round play, keeping possession at important times, defended well as well, so one of our best performances this year.”
